Bryan Hulbert – SAPULPA, Okla. (August 20, 2018) Rolling off a fourth-place finish at Hamilton County Speedway with the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series presented by Sawblade.com, an off weekend with the National Tour will see Blake Hahn in the state of Kansas for POWRi and ASCS Red River competition.
Going for a weekend triple crown, the Oklahoma shoe is slated for action with POWRi West Midgets and Lucas Oil POWRi WAR Sprint Cars on Friday, August 24 at Humboldt Speedway before rolling into Topeka’s Heartland Motorsports Park with the ASCS Red River and Warrior Regions on Saturday, August 25.
“Humboldt is one of my favorite tracks. We’ve run really well there in the past with the winged car, so I’m interested to see how we do with the Non-Wing Car and the Midget,” commented Hahn who will be making his first start with the Lucas Oil POWRi WAR Sprint Cars on Friday.
Set to debut at Heartland Motorsports Park on Saturday, Hahn will have wings on for ASCS Regional action.
“I’ve always heard good things about Heartland Park. We seem to run near the front when we go to new tracks, so we’re hoping to keep that trend going.”
Friday night at Humboldt Speedway gets underway at 8:00 P.M. with Saturday going green at 7:30 P.M.
The 2018 season is Blake Hahn’s 16th year of racing.
