After conversation with several teams, tracks, and sanctioning bodies, the ruling will be on board with the World of Outlaws and Knoxville Raceway. Under Section 9, part 3 of the ASCS Rule Book, the rule regarding Wheel Covers reads as such: It is highly recommended that wheel covers have a minimum of 5 mounting points....more
